How to calm your mind and eliminate negative emotions

You have probably heard before: “Just do it, don’t think”. This in essence is a good advice, because thoughts are causing emotions that make “doing” harder. But nobody tells you how “not to think”.

Thoughts are always present in your head, sometimes there are alot of them, other times your mind is calmer. It is true however, that most of the time you are not aware of your thoughts, because you never try to notice them.

I understand it might sound ridiculous to you, but fundamental secret of overcoming procrastination lies in being aware of your thoughts. Yes, there are other things that can help you too, but until you are able to notice your automatic thoughts, they will have control over emotions, which means control over your behaviour.

Audio below will teach you a technique how to observe and calm your thoughts. After listening the audio, you will feel much calmer. You will also notice discomfort regarding a task dissappearing.

This audio lasts around 3 minutes, but once you understand the technique, you will be able to do it in a moment without listening to audio every time.
Remember, calm mind makes means less mental energy wasted, less negative emotions (discomfort) and more focus. It is all you need to overcome procrastination.

You can forget about everything else. The only thing you have to “do” is to stop yourself for a moment few times a day and observe your thoughts. It doesn’t require energy and can be done while scrolling the TikTok lying on the couch.

You will quickly begin to notice that observing and calming your mind is becoming your subconscious habit which you do automatically. And this is the only habit you need to develop in order to be productive person, accelerating to their dream life.
