If you find yourself struggling with procrastination again, use this cheat sheet to quickly get out of the rut. Just follow this sequence for a day or two:
1. Is your dopamine stable or are there spikes and crashes? If your dopamine is not stable you just need to start choosing slightly less fun variation of dopamine (Lesson 1)
2. Once your dopamine and motivation are somewhat stable, investi this motivation to improve your sleep, nutrition and physical activity. This will assure you more and more energy.
3. Once your motivation is stable enough and mental energy high enough, try calming your mind by using a mind trick from lesson 2. If you are unable to calm your mind, you need to spend more a bit more time on steps 1 and 2 and try again later.
