Procrastination therapy:
I feel depressed
Look, I am not a doctor and this is not a medical advice. But until now, everyone I helped overcome procrastination (including myself), also noticed that their depression started getting better.
If you have procrastination problem, it means you don’t get many things done. Including the things that would make you feel better and improve your life. If you are financially broke, overweight and lacking quality human relationships for a while, you will eventually get depressed.
When you are depressed, any action towards better life seems to be even harder. Everything, even the little things seem to require enormous effort.
The good news is that every smallest task you will be able to complete, will massively contribute towards your recovery from depression. Even the fact you are able to read this, means you have made a great step towards getting better.
Being depressed usually comes with feeling of being tired and lack of mental energy. Because your energy levels are very low it is especially important that you learn to spend it carefully and for the maximum effect.
